Today on Good Morning America 5 students were surprised with the news they were accepted into the Disney Dreamers Program.

Disney Dreamers Program

The Disney Dreamers Program is an annual four day event held at the Walt Disney Resort in Orlando Florida. Each year 100 students ages 13-19 are chosen to participate in workshops and classes held in the parks. Students get to work with celebrities, cast members, and industry leaders to introduce students to a wide variety of career options.

GMA suprised 5 students with the news that they were going to Walt Disney World in March to participate in the program. A lot of them were in mentor programs, but were waiting to see if they were accepted to the program.

Tracey Powell, Executive Champion for the Disney Dreamers Program and Mickey Mouse came out to let the kids know they were accepted and give them mouse ears and t-shirts.
