Retro RV Style Food Truck Spotted in Fort Wilderness

Food trucks are all the rage now, and they’re becoming a more and more common sight in Walt Disney World. Several have been added to Disney Springs, and it appears that some of the Disney resort hotels will be getting trucks of their own.

Leslie Kzran, a former member of the Disney Moms Panel, tweeted a photo of a unique RV-turned-food truck featuring retro Walt Disney World graphics that was parked in Fort Wilderness.

This isn’t a “roach coach.” In fact, the menu looks pretty great, with items like the Smoked Beef Brisket Sandwich and the Roasted Portabello and Vegetable Wrap. Wines and craft beers are also available, and the Disney Dining Plan is accepted. Here’s a picture of the menu…

With Caribbean Beach undergoing a huge renovation project and its food courts closing in May, it’s very possible that food trucks may be the solution Disney uses to feed hungry guests until a more permanent solution is finalized. One has to wonder what theme they’d use — a VW bus, perhaps?
