Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite: Avengers, Thanos, Infinity Stones… and Mega Man

When Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite drops in September, there will be 30 playable characters from the Marvel and Capcom universes in its roster.

The sixth in the Marvel vs. Capcom series of  fighting games, Infinite will lets players take control of everyone from Iron Man to Mega Man.

While most fighting games don’t actually need a storyline, Capcom tries to explain why all these characters have come together via a new trailer that was posted to Marvel Entertainment’s official YouTube channel yesterday. The plotline involves the Infinity Stones, which will become a household name after Avengers: Infinity War premieres next summer.
