Recently, Disney has made a couple announcements regarding mobile entertainment for park guests.
Agent P’s World Showcase Adventure integration with My Disney a Experience
Last week, there was a new update to the My Disney Experience app. This update brought location aware, prompting for guests to start playing Agent P’s World Showcase Adventure at Epcot. On you device, My Disney Experience will prompt guests at the International Gateway, and the Mexico and World Showcase bridges. The pop-up in My Disney Experience will offer a ‘Start Mission’ button that takes guests to www.agentpwsa.com to begin playing directly on their own phone without visiting an Agent P kiosk. Laramie Williams, formerly of FreshBakedWDW, now Laramieontheloose uploaded a video where he and a friend participated in Agent P’s World Showcase Adventure. More Mobile Entertainment with Disney Play
Just announced, this summer on iOS and Android, guests can play in the parks using this soon-to-launch mobile app to access exclusive experiences at both locations through activities that interact with the surrounding environment. With the touch of a button, wait time turns into play time with family and friends at certain locations. And the more you explore in Disney parks, the more there is to discover on the app. This new app will be available for both Disneyland and Walt Disney World.[Source: Disney Park’s Blog]
