‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ Reveals from San Diego Comic-Con

Comic-Con is almost here, and that means more Star Wars news. Kylo Ren has a new ride and we get a sneak peak at The Last Jedi action figures.

Like Darth Vader before him, Kylo Ren will apparently have his own custom TIE Fighter. It looks like a cross between aTIE Interceptor from Return of the Jedi and Darth Maul’s Sith Infiltrator. Kylo’s new spaceship is called “The Silencer,” and it debuted on The Star Wars Show yesterday.

Of course The Last Jedi will unleash the force on our wallets, with a ton of new toys. The first figures from the new Star Wars movie are Rey in her Jedi training gear and Luke Skywalker as a Jedi Master. These are the larger Black Series figures, and quite detailed.

The exclusive figures were up on the Hasbro Toy Shop, but apparently have sold out or been pulled. They’ll be available at San Diego Comic-Con this weekend… if you feel like waiting in line for hours to pick them up.

No real spoilers here, except that Rey is still rockin’ Luke’s old lightsaber… and all of her limbs.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi opens December 15, 2018.

I've loved Disney as long as I can remember. As a former newspaper editor, web developer, and Disney comics freelancer, I'm able to combine that experience into writing about Disney online. I'm also the co-host of a Disney fan podcast called 'Pirates & Princesses.' Opinions mine.
