‘Walt Disney Presents’ Opens… without ‘Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge’ and ‘Toy Story Land’ Models

The re-branded One Man’s Dream opened today in Disney’s Hollywood Studios as planned. But what wasn’t planned was having to push back the debut of the Toy Story Land and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge models due to Hurricane Irma.

Our own John Sauvageau was there to see the grand opening of Walt Disney Presents. However, he was told by cast members that the models were not on display due to Imagineering being called away on more pressing Hurricane Irma related duties.

You can see for yourself in the video below.

We’re told the models should be on display sometime next week. Hopefully Tuesday.

I've loved Disney as long as I can remember. As a former newspaper editor, web developer, and Disney comics freelancer, I'm able to combine that experience into writing about Disney online. I'm also the co-host of a Disney fan podcast called 'Pirates & Princesses.' Opinions mine.
