Dates and ticket prices have been announced for the 2020 Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Well, sort of. They were on Disney’s website and have since been taken down. However, we were able to obtain dates and pricing before they were taken off the site and are sharing them with you today. As always, dates and prices are subject to change.
The event always begins at 7:00 pm. However, guests are permitted to enter the park for the party beginning at 4:00 pm. There’s truly nothing like Christmas at Walt Disney World, and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is another way you can add some magic to your vacation.
Events of the party include; complimentary cookies and hot cocoa, character meet and greets available only at the party, a special fireworks show, and perhaps Disney World’s best parade. Rumor has it, Disney harnesses some of their Disney magic and makes it snow on Main Street U.S.A.!
My children have gone for the past two years now, and love every minute of it. Tickets sell out fast, and when they’re available on Disney’s website, I suggest purchasing as soon as you can.

Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members are eligible for a discount on tickets. As a reminder, you need a ticket for the party to attend the party. Wristbands will be given upon entry and checked by Cast Members continuously throughout the night. A children’s ticket is classified as ages 3-9.
I recognize that Disney Parks are closed right now, but they will reopen. And when they do, they’ll be better than ever! Disney announcing dates and ticket prices for the Christmas party is a great sign, and gives us all something to look forward to!
When Disney lists the event on their website again, you can purchase tickets from there or by calling 407-939-1872. However, with all the uncertainty in the travel industry, I strongly recommend using a travel agent that specializes in Disney vacations. If there are changes made by Disney due to coronavirus or other unforeseen issues, your travel agent will assist you with any changes that need to be made. Think of them as your Disney best friend.
