If you’re planning a foodie day at Disney California Adventure this spring, the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is easily one of the best times to go all in. Running now through April 27, 2026, this limited-time festival transforms the park into a full-on California-inspired tasting tour, with eight marketplace booths, specialty menus across the park, and a lineup of culinary demos, tastings, and live entertainment layered in between bites.
Each year brings a mix of returning favorites and brand-new creations, and 2026 definitely leans into bold, creative flavors. New items like Chicharrón Nachos, Ramen Mac & Cheese, and an Ube Latte with Matcha Foam are turning heads, alongside more substantial bites like a chile relleno torta and pork chile verde chalupas that feel more like full meals than “festival snacks.” It’s the kind of lineup that rewards curiosity, but also makes it very easy to over-order if you don’t have a game plan.
That’s where the Sip and Savor Pass comes in, and honestly, if you’re serious about trying a variety of items, it’s non-negotiable. The pass comes in two options (4 or 8 digital coupons) that can be redeemed for select food and nonalcoholic beverages at festival marketplaces and participating dining locations. You can share it, use it across multiple visits, and strategically maximize value depending on what you order, especially since most portions are tasting-sized.

Each 4-entitlement Sip and Savor Pass is $34, including tax. Each 8-entitlement Sip and Savor Pass is $64, including tax. Magic Key holders may purchase the 8-entitlement Sip and Savor Pass for the discounted price of $59, including tax.
I went into this year’s festival ready to test what’s actually worth the hype (and the calories), what surprised me, and what I wouldn’t order again, because not everything deserves a spot on your Sip and Savor tab.
Insider Tip: Purchase food and beverage items at any of the festival marketplaces. Then, pick up your order from the respective festival marketplace locations by presenting your receipt at each location’s pick-up window.
Peppers Cali-ente
Ramen Mac & Cheese
Furikake Crumble, Fish Cake, Green Onions, and Chile Crunch

This was surprisingly the best item that I have tried so far at the festival this year. It’s creamy and cheesy, with a unique flavor, and the furikake crumble adds a nice subtle crunch. It comes with a side of chili crunch oil, which really brings the flavor to 10/10!
Tajín Habanero Seasoned Wings
with Tajín Chile-Lime Sauce

These are also really tasty! They aren’t spicy at all. I’m not even a huge fan of Tajin, but I think these have a really nice flavor. The meat is pretty tender. 8/10 rating.
Strawberry Guava Lemonade
Simply Lemonade, Strawberry Purée, and Guava Syrup, topped with Vanilla Cream and Freeze-dried Strawberries

This is the best drink I’ve had out of the two I have tried so far. That said, it does not pair well with food and is better as a standalone drink. It’s refreshing but very fruity and creamy. It’s a great option, especially on a hot day. 8/10 rating.
Golden Dreams
Cherry Cobbler Pot de Crème
Vanilla Custard, Cherry Filling, and Oat Crumble

If you love cherries, chances are you’ll love this dessert! I’m not a big custard fan, but I really enjoyed the cherries and the oats. This is a really great plant-based and lighter dessert option. 8/10 rating.
LA Style
Carbonara Pizzetta
White Sauce, Nueske’s® Applewood Smoked Bacon and Black Pepper Drizzle

This one has been a hit-or-miss with so many guests; people seem to either really love it or really dislike it. I really enjoyed this one and thought they did a good job of turning this popular pasta dish into pizza. It definitely isn’t my top favorite item I’ve had at these festivals, but it was a fun, new item to try. 8/10 rating.
Cuties Mandarin Orange & Blackberry Punch
House-made Cuties® Mandarin Orange Purée, Blackberry & Strawberry Purées, Blackberry Syrup, Simply® Fruit Punch and Grapefruit Juice, garnished with a Cuties® Mandarin Orange

I was really excited about this drink because of the flavors, but I was sadly disappointed. It gave a very bitter aftertaste, which I believe came from the grapefruit, and I didn’t catch any of the berry or mandarin orange purees. Others seem to have really enjoyed this one, though, so I may have just gotten a bad one. 7/10 rating.
Mercado de Antojos
Torta Ahogada
Braised Pork Carnitas and Frijoles Charros with Pickled Onion and Salsa

If you get this torta, grab LOTS of napkins and grab a fork. While this item is so delicious, it’s extremely messy. The bread sits in the sauce, so it gets pretty soggy, and after a couple of bites, it just falls apart. That’s when you grab a fork and just start stabbing at the ingredients. There is plenty of tender pork, and this is packed full of fresh goodies. While it’s messy, it sure is tasty! 8/10 rating.
Paradise Garden Grill
Pork Chile Verde Chalupas
filled with Pork in Salsa Verde, Shredded Lettuce, Pico de Gallo, and Queso Fresco, served with Spanish Rice and Refried Beans topped with Queso Fresco

This is also another great Mexican food option! You can actually get this as an entree with a side of rice and beans, or you can get a tasting portion, like this one, with your Sip and Savor pass. The ingredients are super fresh, and the pork is really tender. This wasn’t anything over the top special, but you really can’t go wrong with anything from Paradise Garden Grill! 9/10 rating.
Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream
Frozen Banoffee Banana
Milk Chocolate-dipped Frozen Banana with Toffee Pieces, Caramel Sauce, and White Chocolate Drizzle
Aside from the Snickers Macaron that always makes a comeback at the festival marketplace, this is one of the best desserts I have had at the festival. I normally love the frozen bananas at the ice cream carts, but they’re always rock hard, and you have to wait a bit before you can eat them.
This one is served perfectly! You can bite right into it, and you get hit with so many tasty, sweet flavors. There is crunch galore, and the toffee bits are really what bring this to a 10/10 rating. I do wish they offered it in a dark chocolate version, so the bitterness would even out the sweetness a little bit, but overall, this is just fantastic and I’m already looking forward to having another one!
Note, this item is not eligible to use with the Sip and Savor pass!
