What Is the EPCOT Candlelight Processional?
If you’ve never visited Walt Disney World during the holidays, the Candlelight Processional is one of those experiences that’s difficult to fully appreciate until you see it in person.
The production combines a celebrity narrator, orchestra and mass choir to share the traditional Christmas story through narration and music.
It’s a beautiful change of pace from rides and attractions and has become a holiday tradition for many families who return to Walt Disney World year after year.
Even if you’ve experienced Candlelight Processional before, the celebrity narrator can make each performance feel a little different—which is why some guests specifically plan their EPCOT visits around their favorite narrator.
Make Candlelight Processional Part of Your Disney Christmas Vacation
Candlelight Processional is just one reason we love visiting Walt Disney World during the holiday season.
A Christmas Disney vacation gives families the opportunity to experience the parks completely transformed for the season, with festive decorations, seasonal entertainment, holiday treats and special experiences throughout the resort.
And EPCOT is especially fun during the holidays.
If Candlelight Processional is a must-do for your family, we recommend looking at the narrator schedule while planning your vacation rather than waiting until you arrive.
