There’s something new cooking in Liberty Square! Beginning October 4, The Diamond Horseshoe at Magic Kingdom Park will introduce a limited-time pop-up menu filled with shareable bites, specialty drinks and plenty of flavors inspired by its Old West setting.
Reservations for the pop-up will open September 29, giving guests another dining experience to add to their Walt Disney World things to do this fall.

And after getting our first look at the menu, there are already two things at the very top of our list: the Glazed Sticky Ribs and the Caramel Root Beer with Sweet Cream. If they taste as good as they sound, we may have a couple of new Magic Kingdom favorites on our hands!
A New Way to Dine at The Diamond Horseshoe
Located in Liberty Square, The Diamond Horseshoe already has one of the most fitting settings for this new menu. The Old West-inspired dining room provides the backdrop for a collection of comfort-food-style small plates designed for sharing around the table.
Rather than centering the experience around one large entrée, the pop-up menu gives guests the opportunity to order several different dishes and try a little bit of everything.
The new food lineup includes everything from Sweet Golden Corn Fritters served with cilantro ranch dressing and red chili honey to Queso Fundido with Barbecue Burnt Ends accompanied by warm tortilla chips.
But the dish we’re most excited to try has to be the Glazed Sticky Ribs with cowboy beans and jalapeño crisps. Sweet, sticky ribs paired with classic Western-inspired sides sound like the perfect fit for The Diamond Horseshoe.
Guests can also choose from charcuterie, a Chipotle Chicken Tostada and even a Mini Hot Dog Platter wrapped in pastry.
The Drinks Might Be Just as Exciting
Disney didn’t stop with the food. The Diamond Horseshoe pop-up will also introduce a completely new selection of specialty beverages, including several non-alcoholic options the entire family can enjoy.
And this is where our second must-try comes in.
We cannot wait to order the Caramel Root Beer with Sweet Cream, made with Barq’s Root Beer flavored with caramel and topped with sweet cream. Root beer is already a classic theme park treat, but adding caramel and sweet cream sounds like the perfect way to take it up a notch.
Guests can also try an Orange Cream Soda combining Fanta Orange with vanilla and cream, along with two refreshing lemonade and limeade creations.
Adults will have their own lineup of specialty cocktails to explore, ranging from a huckleberry vodka cocktail to a coffee-inspired Old Fashioned.
