Previously we talked about the updates coming to Disney’s Coronado Springs resort, including the Gran Destino Tower addition.
Atop the tower will be a new Spanish inspired restaurant called Toledo- Tapas Steak and Seafood. The decor draws inspiration from the 1920’s Surrealism and the 1930’s Avant-Guard are movements. It will also offer indoor and and outdoor seating, as well as spectacular views of Walt Disney World.
The menus are not up yet, but Disney has put out some photos.
Stuffed Piquillo Peppers with goat cheese, served in salsa verde.
Seared scallops with hummus, favas, olives, and roasted carrots and vinaigrette.
Crema Catalana with orange.
Crunchy Chocolate Bar topped with chocolate cake, chocolate mouse, raspberry mouse, lemon curd and cheesecake.
The restaurant will also feature cocktails, beers, ciders, California and Spanish wines–with more than 75 choices available.
Reservations are not being accepted for Toledo- Tapas Steak and Seafood now. It will open on July 9, 2019, the same day as the Gran Destino Tower opens. For those using the Disney Dining Plan, it is currently one Table credit per person.
Contact your travel agent today to reserve your table, or you can book via the My Disney Experience App, the Disney website or (407) WDW-DINE.
