Apple Cinnamon Smoothie Recipe Celebrating Snow White
No Evil Queens here! This Apple Cinnamon Smoothie Recipe will fuel you instead of put you to sleep!

Welcome back to the Kingdom Kitchen! This week’s Apple Cinnamon Smoothie Recipe Celebrating Snow White is inspired by this princess’s love of apples (that she just can’t say “no” to)! But don’t worry – this smoothie will fuel your day, not put you to sleep! It is an easy recipe to whip up as a snack or as part of a meal. As a Disney-loving Dietitian and mom, I love that the applesauce provides a fruit serving packed with vitamins and minerals, while the yogurt offers up some protein and good-for-you probiotics. Give it a try at home in your Kingdom Kitchen and let us know how you like it!

This recipe calls for super simple ingredients from your kitchen in addition to the Gogo squeeZ applesauce and yogurt packets, like cinnamon, vanilla extract, frozen banana, ice, and a milk of your choice. It tastes like an apple cinnamon pie in sipping form! No need to wait until dessert to enjoy this goodness. Simply blend the ingredients and pour into a to-go cup to take with you on-the-go, or to share with your little ones – don’t forget a sealable top and straw to prevent spills! You can freeze this recipe into popsicle molds and enjoy has a frozen fruit and yogurt pop as well. It is just so easy – see recipe below!

Materne NA, the company that makes these products, sent me a generous case of a variety of flavors, and they’ve all been put to good use! What I love about Gogo squeeZ is that they make the perfect ingredient to recipes like this one, but they’re also the perfect park snack and lunchbox item too! I freeze them before long park days and let them thaw in an insulated lunch box so they’re chilled and ready to consume a few hours after we start our day of touring. Since they’re in convenient squeeze pouches, they’re hygienic for little hands that touch ALL the surfaces. Though we practice proper handwashing and frequently sanitize our hands, it is another layer of defense that puts my mind at ease when eating on the go. It makes complete sense that Gogo squeeZ is the Official Applesauce of Walt Disney World!
