Us muggles have a certain fascination with the Dark Arts, especially when it gets to be “spooky season.” That time of year has officially hit, and it was recently announced that Death Eaters would be joining in on Halloween Horror Nights in Hollywood; Universal Orlando fans can rejoice because a dark spell has been cast, and “Dark Arts at Hogwarts Castle” is returning to Islands of Adventure and Death Eaters will also be roaming the streets of Hogsmeade!

This amazing show will return on September 16 and run through October 31. Here is the official description of the show, per Universal Orlando:
As darkness falls on Hogwarts™ castle, Dementors™, Death Eaters™, and other unspeakable creatures cloak the stone walls in sinister images and fiendish magic. Chaos erupts as the image of Lord Voldemort™ joins the fray, summoning his cruel legions to swarm the castle. Stare in awe at the castle’s takeover during this ominous spectacle of light and music.
New Dark Arts-themed merchandise will be available to purchase, so be sure to grab a Death Eater mask and watch as ominous green light and fog creep into Hogsmeade village. Watch as creatures and villains from the world of “Harry Potter”, like mountain trolls, dementors, death eaters, spiders, and even the dark wizard himself, Lord Voldemort, cast their shadows and spells. You will also get a chance to take part in this new show by summoning your inner strength to face the dark arts and produce a Patronus spell. It’s going to be one heck of an addition to the Halloween season at Islands of Adventure!
“Dark Arts at Hogwarts Castle” will run on select nights through Oct. 31, with showtimes from dusk until park close.
