When you think of park-wide anniversary celebrations at a Disney Park, you think of decorations, new shows and experiences throughout the parks.
COVID-19 has put a damper on such celebrations the past year. But, that isn’t stopping Disneyland Paris…
Disneyland Paris will now remain closed and become a vaccination site. According to Disneyland Paris’ Ambassador, Giona Prevete, they intend to celebrate this grand anniversary – just not in person!
Here is his post from Instagram:
“Join me on April 12 for an exclusive, virtual celebration as we look back together on 29 years of Disneyland Paris and talk about the exciting future that lies ahead! Some highlights will be a Walk the Park to discover the history of our Resort with Yves Benyeta from Walt Disney Imagineering and Catherine Chevreux, Manager Consumer Insight who both joined us before the opening in ‘92! We’ll also look at the future with Imagineer Beth Clapperton and David Duffy, Vice President of Entertainment. Other exciting topics include the ongoing commitment of our Disney VoluntEARS and some great new Merchandise teasers. But that’s not all! We’ll also welcome one of our former Presidents, Philippe Bourguignon, for some President Talks with Natacha Rafalski! Who’s excited?!”
To answer your question Sir, we are excited!
How about you, Insiders?
