I was so excited to be invited by Walt Disney World to attend their virtual cooking class, #DisneyMagicMoments Presents: In the Kitchen. Chef Kevin answered our questions as he prepared, live from Disney’s kitchen, two favorite receipes; Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup, andFilet of Beef with Roasted Mushrooms and Beurre Blanc. Each of these dishes is available at Le Cellier Steakhouse, and at EPCOT’s International Food and Wine Festival.
