Fall Has Arrived at Disney Springs: Seasonal Cocktails You’ll Want to Try

Fall has officially arrived at Walt Disney World, and Disney Springs is getting into the season with a lineup of limited-time cocktails featuring everything from spooky Halloween flavors to fruity seasonal sips. If you’re planning a Walt Disney World vacation this fall, Disney Springs is worth adding to your itinerary—even if you aren’t spending the day in one of the theme parks. Between the restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and seasonal offerings, it’s an easy way to add something different to your vacation. And if you enjoy trying unique cocktails while on vacation, several Disney Springs restaurants are introducing seasonal drinks that are only available for a limited time.

Here are some of the fall cocktails you’ll find at Disney Springs this season.

Morimoto Asia

If you’re looking for cocktails with unexpected flavor combinations, Morimoto Asia is bringing three seasonal options to the table. The drinks combine fruity, herbal, and Asian-inspired flavors for a lineup that ranges from refreshing to more complex.

Onryō — $18

Available through October 31

This Halloween-season cocktail combines Roku gin, elderflower, crème de violette, lime juice, grenadine, and soda water. It’s finished with chili threads and a cherry-stuffed lychee for an extra dramatic presentation.

Tsukimi’s Glow — $17

Available through December!

Made with Bacardi Reserva Ocho, Pernod Anise, Aperol, pineapple, lime, and mint syrup, Tsukimi’s Glow brings together tropical and herbal flavors in a seasonal cocktail that will stick around beyond Halloween.

That makes it a great option if your Walt Disney World vacation falls later in the holiday season.

Old Mountain Sage — $17

Available through December

For something less fruity, Old Mountain Sage features Génépi, sweet vermouth, Scarborough bitters, orange bitters and thyme.

It’s a more herbaceous cocktail that offers a completely different flavor profile from the other seasonal offerings at Morimoto Asia.

Halloween Cocktails at Enzo’s Hideaway and Maria & Enzo’s

Halloween fans have another reason to stop by Disney Springs this October.

Both Enzo’s Hideaway and Maria & Enzo’s are offering seasonal cocktails through October 31, including a Halloween-inspired espresso cocktail and a pink-hued drink benefiting the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation.

Midnight Pumpkin — $19

Available through October 31

This fall-inspired cocktail features Skyy espresso, Absolut Vanilia, Borghetti espresso liqueur, pumpkin syrup and cold brew.

If pumpkin and coffee are two of your favorite fall flavors, this one practically screams October.

The combination of espresso, pumpkin, and vanilla makes this a particularly seasonal choice for anyone looking for something that feels like fall in a glass.

Pink Velvet — $20

Available through October 31

Pink Velvet combines Banfi Rosa Regale with J.F. Hayden’s lychee liqueur, cranberry lime juice, and soda.

The cocktail also gives guests an opportunity to support a good cause, with the seasonal drink benefiting the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation. It’s a colorful, fruity option that offers something completely different from the coffee-forward Midnight Pumpkin.

Planning a Fall Walt Disney World Vacation?

These seasonal cocktails are a good reminder that there’s more to a Walt Disney World vacation than simply deciding which theme parks to visit each day. Disney Springs can be an excellent addition to your itinerary for a more relaxed day or evening, and seasonal food and beverage offerings can give you even more reason to visit during a particular time of year.

The catch? Some of these cocktails are only around for a few weeks.

If you’re visiting in October, don’t wait until the end of your trip to decide whether you want to check them out. The Halloween offerings at Morimoto Asia, Enzo’s Hideaway, and Maria & Enzo’s are currently scheduled to end on October 31.
