First Look at Hurly-Burly Menu at Disney’s BoardWalk

Get ready to raise the curtain on Hurly-Burly, the newest entertainment and dining experience coming to Disney’s BoardWalk on October 1.

Step inside this historic seaside theater, once home to some of the BoardWalk’s most celebrated vaudeville performers. Nearly a century later, Hurly-Burly is bringing the theater back to life with live entertainment, vintage-inspired cocktails, and a menu of nostalgic bites inspired by the golden age of boardwalk entertainment.

During the afternoon, families can drop in for lively activities like trivia and games. Once the clock strikes 9 p.m., the atmosphere shifts, with live music taking center stage for guests ages 21 and older.

And naturally, a theater this spectacular needs a menu worthy of the occasion.

Hurly-Burly’s all-day offerings feature shareable appetizers and small plates that put a playful spin on classic boardwalk favorites. The Meatballs in Tomato Gravy are a comforting, savory option that’s perfect for sharing, while the Roast Beef Sliders, Oven-Roasted Shrimp, and Tomato Pie take their place among the evening’s featured small plates.

And because no performance should end without an encore, save room for the Mini Apple Cider Doughnuts—a sweet finale that brings all the nostalgic fall flavors to the table.

The beverage lineup is just as entertaining.

Guests 21 and older can raise a glass to the theater’s maritime history with the Mertini, a playful spin on the classic gin martini. There are also modern takes on cocktail favorites, including the Overproof Amaretto Sour, made with Old Forester 1920 Prohibition-Style bourbon, and the La Taquilla Picante, or “The Hot Ticket,” a spicy margarita finished with a spiced-nutmeg rim.

There’s something for younger guests and those skipping the cocktails, too. The Overture in Orange is a nostalgic frozen treat combining orange and creamy flavors, while coffee lovers will want to check out the Caramel Corn Cold Brew, topped with caramel sweet cream and caramel popcorn.

And if you’re exploring Disney’s BoardWalk and want something to sip along the way, Hurly-Burly will also feature a walk-up window offering a selection of beverages. With its vintage theater atmosphere, live entertainment, and nostalgic menu, Hurly-Burly looks like it could quickly become one of the newest must-visit spots at Disney’s BoardWalk.

The curtain rises on October 1, so consider this your first invitation to the show.
