Great New Menu Options At Epcot

The Disney Parks Blog posted some great new menu items to try at Epcot in the Walt Disney World Resort.

The Sunshine Seasons Restaurant at the Land

New Croissant Sandwich with eggs, bacon, and Colby Jack cheese on a croissant. Served with a side of breakfast potatoes.

Breakfast broccoli and egg-white souffle– served with multigrain croissant and fresh fruit.

Rotisserie Turkey Breast Club Sandwich, with roasted turkey breast, bacon jam, and avocado spread served on fresh ciabatta bread.

BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich with coleslaw and garnished with a fresh, crisp pickle!

Tuna Poke Salad – a noodle and wakame seaweed salad topped with tuna poke, spicy mayonnaise and sweet soy.

Electric Umbrella, in Future World, also has some new options:

Mojo Pulled Pork Burger that comes with cilantro and a lime aïoli.

Brisket Sandwich that comes with a delicious beer cheese sauce.

Vegetable Quinoa Salad made with quinoa, riced cauliflower, pickled carrots, cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, edamame, and agave-lime dressing.

The Refreshment Port near Canada is offering a couple new Poutine options.

Traditional Poutine consisting of french fries topped with beef gravy and cheese curds Signature Poutine consisting of french fries topped with Canadian cheddar-bacon sauce and cheese curds.

Fried Shimp

Fried Chicken Sandwich with lettuce, pimento cheese and smoked bacon.

Cobb Salad with chicken, avocado, green apples, tomatoes, cucumbers, blue cheese, hard-boiled eggs, and bacon, with a sherry vinaigrette.

Midnattssol Bakeri in the Norway pavilion is now open for business!

The Norwegian Club Sandwich made with ham, turkey, bacon, Jarlsberg, and Muenster, tomatoes, sliced red onion, and lingonberry mayonnaise on toasted multigrain bread.

The Viking Dog- all-beef hot dog served with pulled pork, purple cabbage, spicy mayonnaise, bacon, and fried onions.

As always the popular “School Bread” is available as well!
