Friday, January 4th, was “National Trivia Day” and Mark Hamill gave Star Wars fans on Twitter a fun bit of trivia to think about the next time they watch the famous Death Star battle from Star Wars: A New Hope.
Because of a record heatwave in England when we filmed the original #StarWars, most of the pilots wore only the top-half of their costume, attacking the Death Star wearing shorts. #TrueStory https://t.co/RSgZRneft9

There’s a fun mental image. I think this should be someone’s next cosplay for a comic convention or for Star Wars Celebration!
It’s a fun fact to share with your friends and kids either way and something to talk about the next time you are watch the famous Death Star battle!
