It’s time to go bananas because Universal Orlando announced this morning that Minion Land will be opening on Illumination Avenue THIS summer! Guests will discover fun and inventive cuisine at Illumination’s Minions Cafe, sweet treats at Bake My Day, and Freeze Ray Pops, and sweet and savory popcorn at Pop-A-Nana (such a cute name!). Of course, there will also be a spot to grab some insanely cute merchandise where you can get a Minion of your own, a toy blaster and other gizmos, and other souvenir items. Guests will also be able to pop on over to Illumination Theater to take pictures with favorite characters from “Despicable Me.” So much is in store at the new Minion Land!

Villain-Con
Join Illumination’s Minions as Villain-Con returns to Orlando. You’ll glide along a moving walkway, encountering the Vicious 6 as you attempt to blast your way to supervillain stardom. Are you skilled enough to become their newest member? It’s an exciting, fully interactive gaming experience. Opening Summer 2023 at Universal Orlando Resort.
Despicable Me Minion Mayhem
Join Gru, his daughters, and the mischievous Minions on an unpredictable ride. You’re recruited for Gru’s latest scheme—one where you’ll become an actual Minion. But when things don’t go as planned, you’re launched into an unforgettable trip through his supervillain laboratory.

This spot will serve a selection of Minion-themed treats, including cupcakes, macarons, s’mores and more.
