Trader Sam’s is known for coming out with new and limited-edition tiki mugs every few months. Collectors eagerly await the news as once these enchanted mugs sell out, they are gone! This Friday, August 26, a special souvenir tiki mug inspired by the beloved animated film “Pinocchio” will be available! The mug is inspired by Monstro, the whale that swallows Geppetto, Figaro, and Cleo whole (complete with a boat). He later swallows Pinocchio, who comes searching for Geppetto. He has a reputation as being a “whale of a whale” and is feared by all the sea creatures. Jiminy had even heard of him when he tried to warn Pinocchio of the danger involved in saving Geppetto.

This mug is certainly impressive with the attention to detail, and it’s the perfect subject for the Enchanted Tiki Bar’s next release!
If you’re interested in purchasing, here’s how to purchase and pick up from the Disneyland Hotel:
- Before you arrive, select an available mobile order arrival window. Orders may be placed as early as 6:00 AM on August 26. Pick-up hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Only the registered Disneyland app user can pick up their mobile order at this time. Be prepared to show a valid ID.
- Use Disneyland Hotel Self-Parking to receive parking validation for 25 minutes after you have picked up your order. The validation period starts at the time your order was picked up and processed. This time is noted near the bottom of the receipt you will receive via email.
- Go to the lawn by the Adventure Tower of the Disneyland Hotel and tap “I’m Here” in the app. You will receive a notification from the app when your order is ready.
Guests have a limit of 2 specialty mugs per transaction and only one transaction per guest. Mug availability, pricing, and hours are subject to change without notice. Magic Key and other discounts will not apply. If you wish to purchase a mug directly at Trader Sam’s, you can buy it there starting August 27, 2022 (while supplies last).
