Ahh I can hardly contain my excitement Insiders because Disney has announced that more dining locations are reopening at Disneyland and California Adventure. We’ve been waiting for these locations to reopen and I am to infinity and beyond excited that some of my favorite spots are reopening! Let’s take a closer look and what’s reopening and what food we have to look forward to!
This little watering howl in Galaxy’s Edge has captured my heart since the day I first experienced it back in 2019. This place makes you feel as if you really are in the heart of a Star Wars story and they serve up some really fun beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. My favorite drink is the Fuzzy Tauntaun and I love watching DJ R-3X spinning the music for everyone’s entertainment. Along with your drink be sure to try their Happabore Sampler which includes a selection of Cured Meats, Artisan Cheeses, Rations, Crackers.
This location will reopen on June 17 and Disney will take reservations starting June 14.
Mmm Brunch…everyone’s favorite weekend word. Lamplight Lounge will soon be resuming their popular brunch and we are so excited! Menu items include plant-based Potato Flautas and French Toast. Just look at the below picture and your taste buds will be going!
Don’t forget to try one of these delicious drinks! Fair warning: these can be strong!
- Morning Glory: Tito’s Handmade Vodka with Spicy Bloody Mary Mix, Dill Pickle Brine, and a dash of Celery Bitters
Sunrise Spectacular: Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Tropical Juices, Agave Nectar, and a dash of Angostura Bitters
- Open Ocean with a Splash: a Frozen Cocktail made with Bacardi Raspberry Rum, Bols Blue Curaçao, Liquid Alchemist Orgeat (Almond), Agave Nectar, and fresh Lime Juice
It also looks like they will have a Mimosa Flight! Brunch is offered Friday, Saturday, and Sundays only, so don’t miss out on getting your Brunch reservation when slots open on June 14!
This is probably my favorite spot to eat in California Adventure. The Italian food here is just simply amazing and the wine selection isn’t bad either! My favorite dish here is the Fettucini Shrimp Alfredo, but you really just can’t go wrong with anything you order here. This is a great low-key spot to just have a good meal, have a date night, girls night, etc. It’s relaxing and right in front of Pixar Pier where you can enjoy the view and feel relaxed after walking around the park for so many hours. We highly recommend this spot!
This restaurant will reopen on July 17 and you can start booking your reservations starting June 14.
Which spot are you most looking forward to reopening?!
