If you don’t already have Disney’s My Disney Experience (MDE) App, you might want to download it before you finish reading this article. Aside from managing your enetire vacation on it, Disney is now answering more questions regarding COVID-19 and where all their hand washing and sanitizing stations are throughout their parks.
Go into the app and where you can search, simply type “coronavirus.” All the information will come up. The first thing you’ll see is a message from Disney, reassuring guests that they are doing everything they can; “At the Walt Disney World Resort, we’re committed to the health and wellness of our Guests and Cast Members. As part of this commitment, we offer complimentary hand sanitizer and basic first-aid services.”

Disney has also updated their help center and has begun answering questions regarding novel coronavirus. Hopefully, this will put minds at ease and lessen the amount of phone calls being made into Disney Guest Services.
