New ‘Avengers: Endgame’ Trailer and Movie Poster Released

Marvel studios has just released a new Avengers: Endgame trailer and poster.

The trailer starts off by taking us back to the earlier films showing where characters came from, these sections are shown in black and white with pops of red, and then shows where they are now.

Theories about time travel have been flying around the internet for weeks now, but this trailer drops a line that seem to allude to this exact thing.

“The World has changed. None of us can go back. All we can do is our best and sometimes the best we can do is to start over.” This line was from Peggy Carter in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. But again, it’s all speculation.

Oh, and Tony Stark and Nebula must make it because they’re with the rest of them in new uniforms. What are the new uniforms for? Time-travel? The Quantum Realm? I’m thinking there has to be a reason as they are all moving towards something with purpose.

Also, does anyone else notice that Black Widow has red hair again, and in this trailer we see it both blond and red and at different lengths. I just thought it interesting.

Captain Marvel does make an appearance after the logo. She and Thor have a moment and Thor announces that he “likes this one.”

But no matter what we speculate we can be sure the mantra for the new film is “Whatever it takes.”

They also released the movie poster:

** Update** They did fix the poster and included Danai Gurira in the names listed!

But fans immediately noticed something missing from the poster. The actors in the image are all credited except Danai Gurira. I don’t know if it was an oversight or for a reason, but I’m sure they are aware and will either fix it or explain why she isn’t listed.

Avengers: Endgame hits theaters April 26!
