New Photos of AT-AT Walkers in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge


If you thought the AT-AT near the entrance of Star Tours in Disney’s Hollywood Studios was gigantic, you haven’t seen anything yet.

The new life-sized AT-AT Walkers that will be debuting in both Disneyland and Walt Disney World next year will be even bigger, if you can imagine that. The Walkers will be part of the Battle Escape attraction on the “planet” of Batuu.

Now we have a better look at these massive props thanks to Disney releasing press photos of the Disneyland Ambassadors taking a behind-the-scenes tour of Galaxy’s Edge construction progress.

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opens in Disneyland in the Spring of 2019, and in Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Fall 2019.
