runDisney is something you should try at least once! I can’t stress to you how uplifting, exciting, inspiring, and fun it all is. Plus there are special character meet and greets, a Health and Fitness Expo, special merchandise, and more!  I truly can’t recommend it enough and if you are worried that you aren’t an athlete don’t be. Anyone can participate in the 5k. I’ve seen athletes and people like me compete and it’s just about having fun and being at a special Disney event and the camaraderie of being a Disney fan and a runDisney fan.

You can read about our experience HERE.
