One of my absolute favorite things to do in Toontown at Disneyland is to walk through Mickey Mouse’s house. It’s such a fun thing for both kids and adults to do because it’s actually a pretty long walk thru and there’s so many neat things to look at. It’s also a really fun and imaginative way to see how Mickey Mouse lives and what his home would look like, plus Guests are able to take a picture with the big Mouse himself at the end of the walk through. Sadly, since COVID hit Mickey’s house has been closed and Guests have not been able to do a tour through Mickey’s home. But now, Disney has announced they are offering up something really special for Guests at Mickey’s humble abode.
From January 19, 2022 through March 6, 2022 Guests will be able to rent out Mickey’s home for $350 per group of up to ten people for 90 minutes! This is something that’s never been done before and it’s an extremely special opportunity to get a group of your closest friends and family and get Mickey’s home all to yourself. And what’s really awesome is that you don’t even have to take care of the party planning! Cast members will assist with creating a magical celebration brimming with fun for all ages—including coloring, crafts and cupcake decorating. Here are some of the other fun highlights included in renting the house out:
- Take a group photo with Mickey Mouse, and receive complimentary downloads of Disney PhotoPass digital photos taken during the event
- Decorate cupcakes
- Participate in hands-on crafts and games designed to delight little ones and grown-ups alike
Get quicker entry to Gadget’s Go Coaster at the end of your celebration
