The Disney Wish has three restaurants that are part of the innovative rotational dining experience-Arendelle: A Frozen Dining Adventure, Marvel, and 1923. For the first time EVER, I was recently able to experience Arendelle! This restaurant was my favorite dining experience out of all three, as it was unlike anything I had ever experienced before. You can see many videos and pictures online, but experiencing it personally is entirely different. As soon as I stepped into the long, colorful hallway entrance, I felt like I had been transported into Arendelle!

Guests are cordially invited to celebrate the royal engagement of Queen Anna and Kristoff (the storyline takes place after Frozen II) during this enchanting dining experience. If you get the privilege of dining here, you will feast on delectable Norwegian-inspired dishes made by Oaken himself, all while enjoying live entertainment by “local” musicians performing favorite Frozen songs sure to warm your heart. As an honored Guest, you’ll be seated at a dining table around a center stage, where you can enjoy all the theatrical bells and whistles needed to bring the Frozen story to life in 360-degree glory. Invisible fiber optics embedded in the ceiling conjure Elsa’s icy magic, while panoramic windows magically transform from real-time ocean views to the colorful dancing lights of the Aurora Borealis.

As you dine, you will get to enjoy familiar songs from both Frozen and Frozen II, all while Oaken, Kristoff, Anna, and Elsa put on performances throughout the evening. Some of the characters even walk around and visit that tables! Olaf will also be on hand to lend his signature humor and charm to the merriment. You can even talk and interact with him through true-to-scale, cutting-edge puppetry while you dine!

The menu is Norwegian-themed, and it is full of delicious options! You can order as many things as you’d like from the menu; some menu items may be a bit on the adventurous side, but it’s so much fun to try all the different dishes! Keep in mind that portion sizes are on the smaller side (except for the main entrees!), so feel free to try two different appetizers, salads, soups, etc.!

There were several delicious-sounding dessert options (again, you can order as many as you want!). I was so full by the end of dinner I was bursting, but I had to try at least one thing. I ordered the Troll Family’s Rock Chocolate Bar, and this was one of the top desserts I had during the cruise. The chocolate bar combined with the Hibiscus Meringue and Cookie Rocks was amazing!

This was my first time sailing on the Disney Wish; I have only sailed one other time in the past year (on the Disney Dream Merrytime cruise), and this was by far the best dining experience I have had on a Disney cruise. The food is excellent, the music and entertainment are phenomenal, and the ambiance is entirely magical. It’s an experience I will never forget and one I’m already looking forward to returning to.
