If you’re looking for a great Brunch spot at Disneyland, you’ll want to head over to Lamplight Lounge at Disney California Adventure. This is my favorite spot to dine at this park because it is right on the water; it’s covered so you can enjoy the shade on a hot, sunny day or watch the rain on a stormy day; plus, the food is delicious!
Lamplight Lounge is Pixar-themed, and around every corner, the details are just amazing. They offer both indoor (which is open to the outside so you can still get somewhat of a view) and outdoor dining. My favorite spot is right outside, right next to the water. There’s nothing quite like sitting waterfront, enjoying the sights and sounds of the theme park, and feeling a nice breeze; you also get spectacular views of the Incredicoaster, Pixar-Pal-Around, and more. The outdoor seating area has the ultimate chill vibes; it’s very cool and laid back. Once seated, you will immediately feel like you are enjoying a relaxing California vacation. I’ve wanted to try Brunch there for years as I have heard nothing but great things about it. I was able to snag a reservation about two weeks ago, and OMG, it did not disappoint!

I usually dine at this spot during lunch or dinner hours and have always been a fan of their lobster nachos; however, Brunch is a whole other menu. The menu doesn’t offer a whole lot of options, but every option on there looked and sounded so delicious that I had a hard time choosing.
For my drink, I ordered the Cinnamon Toast Cocktail, which features Stoli Vanilla Vodka, Frangelico, Rumchata, and Cinnamon Cereal-infused Milk. This was a great drink to try once, but I don’t think I would order it again next time. It really does taste like milk that’s been sitting in Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, however, the vanilla vodka in it was a bit too strong and kind of threw off the drink for me. I think a different type of lighter alcohol would have worked better; however, it’s a great drink to try once!

The Lamplight Chilaquiles were magically delicious, and I would definitely order this entree again! The sauces were very flavorful, with the perfect amount of spice to them. I requested my eggs to be sunny side up, and they were cooked to perfection. The entire dish is colorful and vibrant, flavorful, the tortillas have the perfect amount of crunch, and it is big enough to share!
If you’ve never had chilaquiles before, this dish features House-made Tortilla Chips tossed in a 3-Chile Red Sauce, Cheddar-Jack, Two Eggs-up, Queso Fresco, Red Onions, Cilantro-Serrano Sour Cream and Sliced Avocado, topped with Pepitas.

Other Brunch options include a Brunch Burger, Indulgent French Toast, New York Avocado Toast, Crab and Potato Cake Benedict, Potato Flautas, and an Egg White Frittata Bake. I watched all these different entrees being carried out to different tables around me, making me want to come back to try them all! Trust me when I say this is THE Brunch spot you don’t want to miss out on if you visit Disney California Adventure on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
