If you’ve been to the Magic Kingdom in the past few months, you might have noticed the lanterns near Rapunzel Tower in New Fantasyland. These are virtually perfect replicas of the lanterns used in the film “Tangled,” and they’ve been part of a popular nighttime Disney PhotoPass opportunity since February.
Originally scheduled to end on March 15, the lanterns are here indefinitely (weather permitting) according to the Disney Parks Blog.
So if you have a dream to have your picture taken with one of these lanterns, there’s still time. PhotoPass photographers are usually available from dusk on, but I can tell you from first hand experience that the line gets very long very quickly, so come early.
