Despite the current pandemic, Disney Cruise Line continues to grow. Plans are still moving forward with the construction of Disney Cruise Line’s 5th ship, the Disney Wish.
The Wish is being built in Germany at the Meyer Werft Ship Yard. Last night, video shows the first blocks of the ship reaching Meyer’s Neptun Shipyard in Rostock. We know the ship’s engine room is being built at this shipyard, so we can assume that’s what these blocks will be used for.
Guest will be able to book their Disney Cruise vacation on the Wish beginning in late Fall 2020. The ship is scheduled to sail in early 2022.
