Lamplight Lounge is probably my favorite spot in all of Disney’s California Adventure. The ambience is really great, it’s super laid back, and the food and drinks are just so good it’s kept me coming back for years. Lamplight Lounge is located on Pixar Pier and provides stunning water views. Here you can enjoy the creativity of Pixar animation over gastropub cuisine and enjoy a great views of the Pixar-Pal-Around, Incredicoaster, and more!

I have a hard time trying new food items there as my go-to dish are the Lobster Nachos (they are just so dang good)! I do however, love trying the different drinks on their menu because they have so many different fun ones. If you’re craving a good drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) while at the Park, this is the spot to go! Reservations are highly recommended, however you can join their waitlist if you don’t mind waiting a bit.
I still have not been able to try all their drinks (they also have “secret menu” drinks!), but the ones I have tried so far have all been delicious! Fair warning that some of their drinks can be a little strong, so it’s a good idea to ask your server beforehand if your drink is known to be strong and if so you can ask them to make it “weak”.
The Fun Wheel, for example, is one drink on their “secret menu” that I’ve recently tried and I had to ask for it weak because the server let me know it was one of their stronger ones. The drink is a twist on a Long Island Iced tea, so if you like those then I would highly recommend this one! The Pineapple juice, X-Rated Passion Fruit Vodka, and blue curaçao form that iconic range of colors. Isn’t it so fun and pretty?

Another “secret menu” drink I highly recommend is the Sea Witch. Not only is this drink gorgeous but it’s really tasty…it’s also one of their stronger drinks as well. The drink features raspberry vodka, peach schnapps, blue curaçao, and a splash of cranberry juice and Sprite. Just look at the deep blue sea color!

Open Ocean with a Splash is one their more popular menu items and I only recently was able to try it for the first time. It’s honestly probably my favorite drink I’ve had there so far! It’s a frozen cocktail made with Bacardi raspberry rum, Bols Blue Curaçao, Liquid Alchemist orgeat, agave nectar, and fresh lime juice. I really love slushy drinks, especially during a hot summer so this is a great drink to cool off with!

The Infinity Fizz is a really popular non-alcoholic menu item. Check out the Instagram video of this drink below, because it’s really awesome! This drink is made with Powerade Mountain Berry Blast, apple juice, and “cherry pearls,” which are essentially cherry juice-filled balls that resemble boba tea balls. One of the best parts about the drink is that it’s made with dry ice, so it appears to smoke. It’s great and fun drink for both kids and adults!
