Disney Cruise Line is now addressing Disney Wonder bookings that were moved or canceled between January 30-April 5, 2020 for sailings that were scheduled to depart between April 29-June 30, 2020.
If you were booked on a Disney Wonder sailing that was scheduled to depart between April 29-June 30, 2020, and you moved your sail date due to concerns about the new coronavirus (COVID-19), Disney Cruise Line would now like to offer your client an additional future cruise credit* equal to 25% of your client’s original voyage fare to use toward the modified reservation.
Once the modified reservation is paid in full, any remaining future cruise credit will be applied to your shipboard account as a non-refundable onboard credit. If your circumstances have changed and would now like you to cancel the reservation you modified, you may do so for a full refund of the original voyage fare you paid.
If you worked with a travel agent to cancel your reservation for a Disney Wonder sailing that was scheduled to depart between April 29-June 30, 2020, Disney Cruise Line will automatically refund any cancellation fees you may have been charged. This refund will be processed back to the original form of payment but may be delayed due to the high volume.
Please note that Disney Cruise Line canceled Disney Wonder sailings because the Canadian government announced it will not allow any ship with more than 500 passengers to dock at any of its ports until July 1, and Disney Cruise Line has not been able to secure an alternate homeport.
*The future cruise credit is equal to 25% of your original voyage fare and is only valid for sailings departing within 15 months of your original sailing. Your original reservation must be paid in full to be eligible for the FCC. The future cruise credit is applied per person and is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value. Standard prevailing rates apply and guests are responsible for any balance due after the future cruise credit has been applied. If a guest ends up not being able to use the future cruise credit, they will be eligible for a refund up to the amount of your original voyage fare. Standard cancellation policies and terms and conditions apply to future sailings. Guests who previously received a future cruise credit are not eligible for an additional future cruise credit.
