Become a Mixologist at The Edison in Disney Springs

At The Edison, crafting the perfect cocktail is an art form, and the restaurant’s team of mixologists is no longer gatekeeping their secrets of the trade. Guests can now book exclusive Shaken & Stirred Cocktails Classes, where they will learn the skills to create expert-level cocktails all on their own. This hands-on experience pairs 6-10 guests with one of The Edison’s master mixologists, who will create a unique experience by sharing their best tips and tools during the class. Whether guests are looking to explore the basics, learn techniques for at-home cocktails, or hone in on the perfect recipe for a favorite cocktail, The Edison’s mixologist will create a class tailored to the group’s interests for an unforgettable, personal experience.
