Sneak Peak – “Cars 3” coming to Walt Disney World and Disneyland

In the next couple weeks, a sneak peak of Cars 3 will be coming to both Walt Disney World and Disneyland.

At Disney California Adventure® Park, the preview of “Cars 3” will be presented in 3D with special in-theater effects at the Bug’s Life Theater, starting May 12, 2017. Beginning May 26, Guests at Disney’s Hollywood Studios® will get to see this advance look at a segment from the film as part of the One Man’s Dream attraction, where artwork and from the production will also be on display.

These sneak peaks come a few short weeks ahead of the release of the movie on June 16 2017. Just shy of 6 years, Cars 3 will complete the trilogy. The “Cars 2” movie was released on June 18, 2011. We saw race car Lightning McQueen (Owen Wilson) and his tow-truck buddy, Mater (Larry the Cable Guy), headed overseas for the first-ever World Grand Prix. While Lightning had has eye on the road to the championship, Mater took a detour to international espionage.”

Cars 3 Synopsis

Blindsided by a new generation of blazing-fast racers, the legendary Lightning McQueen (voice of Owen Wilson) is suddenly pushed out of the sport he loves. To get back in the game, he will need the help of an eager young race technician, Cruz Ramirez (voice of Cristela Alonzo), with her own plan to win, plus inspiration from the late Fabulous Hudson Hornet and a few unexpected turns.
