For the first time in forever…”Disneyland Forever” fireworks are returning to Disneyland Resort in spring of 2022! I have thoroughly enjoyed the Halloween and holiday fireworks this year, however I am to infinity and beyond excited that this fan-favorite firework show is returning and we’ll have more fireworks to look forward to after the holiday season is over. This show first debuted for Disneyland’s 60th anniversary and it awed fans night after night with its spectacular pyrotechnics and projections. Disneyland fans of course are already ecstatic at this exciting news!

“Disneyland Forever” is a sky-high celebration filled with sparkling pyrotechnics and immersive projections that envelop guests in a breathtaking journey with surprising special effects. Main Street, U.S.A., and a few other spots in Disneyland park become a magical canvas as guests are swept into a world of dreams, from flying above the London skyline with “Peter Pan” to a dance with King Louie in “The Jungle Book.” Two original songs, “Live the Magic” and the inspiring closing song “Kiss Goodnight,” were written by Disney Legend Richard Sherman.
Main Street U.S.A. and in front of the Sleeping Beauty Castle will of course be the most popular spots to view this show, but did you know there are a few other really awesome spots to watch from as well? Try getting a spot near Rivers of America or over by “it’s a small world.” Each spot lends a different feel to the show, so consider experiencing them all!
While we don’t have an official date for when the “Disneyland Forever” fireworks will start, we can hardly wait to watch this amazing show next spring. We will of course let all of you Insiders know as soon as Disney releases more information!
