Disney’s Oceaneer Club is for guests 3 to 10 years of age and is included in your Disney Cruise Package. Reservations are not required. You may drop off and pick up your children based upon your vacation needs. Hours are typically from 9:00 a.m. until midnight except for embarkation day. For reference, you can find the Oceaneer Club hours on your Disney Cruise Line Navigator App.
All Disney Cruise Line Ships in it’s fleet have an Oceaneer Club including the newest ship – The Disney Treasure.
Connected to Disney’s Oceaneer Club is Disney’s Oceaneer Lab. The lab is similar to the club and also for guests ages 3-10 years of age and has a focus of creativity and experimentation and Disney’s Oceaneer Lab focuses on interactive games/play for younger children.
The counselors at Disney’s Oceaneer Club and Lab are lead by specially-trained counselors and are truly part of the magic – fun, engaging, and energetic!
Theming for these clubs are outrageously fun! The following theming can be found in Disney’s Oceaneer Club and Lab aboard the Disney Wish and the Disney Treasure.
- Marvel Superhero Academy
- Star Wars: Cargo Bay
- Fairytale Hall
- Minnie and Mickey’s Captain Deck
Activities are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Please check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator mobile app while on board the ship for daily activities and operating hours.
You may pre-register your child for Disney’s Oceaneer Lab or you can register once you board the ship.
If you have guests 6 months to 3 years of age, then you will take them to “It’s a Small World” Nursery. This childcare service will have your little one cared for and looked after by trained counselors. This includes feeding, changing, playtime, and naps if needed. Space for this club is limited and reservations are on a first-come first-serve basis. You may book up to 10 hours of sailing time before your sailing and booking windows are dependent on your Castaway Club Membership Level.
- First-time cruisers — 75 days in advance
- Silver Castaway Club members — 90 days in advance
- Gold Castaway Club members — 105 days in advance
- Gold Castaway Club members — 105 days in advance
- Platinum Castaway Club members — 120 days in advance
- Concierge & Pearl Castaway Club members — 123 days in advance
The Disney Cruise Line Navigator App will be your best friend on board especially in this case as you can check in via messaging on the app for reassurance that your little one is doing okay.
TIP: Make sure to pack a bag of your little ones necessities for dropping them off at the nursery (pacifiers, change of clothes, formula/milk, baby wipes. diapers/pull ups etc.Â
