REVIEW: Character Dining at Topolino’s Terrace Plus Video

Topolino’s Terrace, is currently the only character dining experience at Disney World due to the current pandemic and regulations put in place. We decided to head over and check out the only character dining experience is like!

Arriving at your reservation

Upon arrival we had walked into the beautiful new Disney’s Riviera Resort and headed up to the top floor. When you arrive, you’re able to check in on the My Disney Experience app to let them know that you have arrived. We waited just about 5 minutes and then got escorted to our table.

Topolino’s Terrace comes with a prefixed menu that you can select from for your breakfast. Here’s what the menu looks like- View Menu Here

We were also brought over a muffin and pastry bucket which had amazing chocolate chip muffins and apple with honey pastries. They were absolutely delicious!

I ordered scrambled eggs with bacon ham and potatoes. The potatoes were seasoned to perfection and the scrambled eggs were so creamy and delicious! I highly recommend ordering them as part of your breakfast selection.

The Character Experience

Here’s what we all really want to know about! As we were sitting down, characters were making their appearances once 5-7 minutes or so. We never felt that there was a shortage of characters not coming around. We saw characters making the efforts to allow tables to take a socially distanced photo which was great to see!

All in all we really enjoyed our experience at Topolino’s Terrace. Even though it’s a little bit different than usual character dining, we truly felt that they did a great job to make the entire breakfast truly a moment to remember. We highly recommend this as the food was also great! Be sure to make reservations once you know when you’d like to go. We made our reservations 2 days before we went which I would definitely recommend doing further out.
