As Disney continues to enhance guests experiences to keep everyone safe, Disney is launching a test of mobile checkout for merchandise at Mouse Gear in Epcot. This is a welcomed addition to help keep everyone safe and keep contact free when paying.
This is all available through the My Disney Experience App. You simply need to scan the barcode of the item, then check out through the MDE app. You will still be able to apply discounts throughout the checkout process.
This is a beta test of this program and if successful, this will remain in place and expand to other locations.
