“Free dining” is here. The most anticipated deal for Disney World guests has launched this morning, and we have the details for what Disney is offering in 2018.
After weeks of speculation, Disney opened up its super popular “Free Disney Dining” promotion to Disney travel agents this morning. The promotion includes a Disney Dining Plan for free when you book a multi-night stay at a Walt Disney World resort hotel with a Park Hopper option.
To take advantage of this year’s offer, Guests must book through July 7 with select travel dates between August 20 and December 23.
This year, Guests staying at a participating Value or Moderate resort will receive the Quick Service Disney Dining Plan (2 Quick Service meals per night), while those staying at a Deluxe or Deluxe Villa will receive the Standard Disney Dining Plan (1 Table Service, 1 Quick Service per Guest per night).
However, sometimes “Free Dining” isn’t the best value depending on the room rates. Guests will pay rack rates for rooms during this promotion, which may actually wind up costing more than taking a room discount and paying out of pocket for food. We highly recommend that you use an experienced Authorized Disney Travel Agency (like Mickey Vacations) to compare prices and get you the best possible rate for your next trip.

Important Details

- Tickets and options must be used within 14 days of first use. First use must be on or before December 31, 2019.

- Children ages 3 to 9 must choose from the children’s menu, if available.
- Some table-service restaurants may have limited or no availability at time of package purchase.
