While there are numerous things that set Disney Cruise Line apart from all other companies, my absolute favorite aspect is their practice of rotational dining on every ship! No matter which member of the fleet you choose to sail on, every guest will get to experience all 3 dining rooms on board their ship! Upon booking a cruise, guests will select an early or late dinner seating time which will stay the same throughout the cruise, however, the location at which you dine will change nightly! On Day 1, you will meet your servers in the first dining room assigned to you, and they will travel from location to location with you all cruise long; so you will still get that fun, friendly interaction we’ve come to love from our waitstaff! Guests with food allergies can let their waiters know upon meeting the first night, and sail worry-free with waitstaff each night that already know your dietary needs! Not sure which dining room is yours tonight? No problem! Open your Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, and toggle over to My Plans! Scroll down to your dinner time and your assigned dining room for that night will be listed! You can even tap into it and preview the menu! Not sure how to use the Navigator app? Disney Magic: Rapunzel’s Royal Table, Lumiere’s, and Animator’s Palate.

Depending upon your dining time, guests will flow right into OR out of dinner and into the show offered in the Walt Disney Theater that evening! Early dinner seating guests will enjoy the show AFTER dinner, while the late seating guests will take in the entertainment BEFORE their meal. The shops on board will typically open up around 6:30 pm as well, giving you yet another evening activity to enjoy before or after dinner! Again, we can’t recommend downloading & utilizing the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app enough; it seamlessly guides you through each & every day so you don’t miss a meal, show, shopping opportunity, or a chance to hug Captain Mickey!
